My Employer Keeps Pushing Back My Pay Date And It’s Going On 7 Weeks Since My Last Paycheck, What Can I Do?

I’ve been working for this road side assistance company for a year now and this isn’t the first time this has happened. They say they went through a change of company name and payroll is affected by it as well and that pushed back my payday. On every other Tuesday I get paid but when I got an envelope like I usually do there was no check. It was just a letter saying they are making some changes to the company name and I should get a paycheck at the very most 2 weeks. So I was patient and called back after 2 weeks had past and they said sorry we haven’t gotten the fund in yet try another week. So after 2 weeks I called and still nothing so I told them I’m coming in to the office so the owner could write a check for me and the co owner said don’t cop that attitude with me or it’ll just take longer to get your check and some of my drivers haven’t been paid longer than you so don’t give me that attitude. My bills can’t wait and my car registration expired so I couldn’t drive for them anymore and pay my other bills so I had to take a title loan out on my car and basically am out of a job for now….what can I do or what are my options?
